At Popeye's Supplements Ontario, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or receipt.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Ontario.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
